Sina entered into a full merger deal with its parent company New Wave Holdings Limited and subsidiary New Wave Mergersub Limited. The parent company will acquire all of Sina's $2.95 billion assets and in exchange, Sina will be entitled to receive $43.3 in cash for one common share. The full merger is expected to be completed in Q1 2021.
