Quotient Technology's GAAP loss for 3 months of 2022 was $26.306 million, up 96.1% from $13.414 million in the prior year. Revenue decreased 32% to $78.456 million from $115.316 million a year earlier.

Quotient Technology's GAAP loss for 2021 was $45.568 million, down 30.3% from $65.381 million in the prior year. Revenue increased 17% to $521.494 million from $445.887 million a year earlier.

Quotient will provide its customers access to the InStore Audio Network digital audio advertising network through the Place Exchange platform. This will enable Quotient's retail and advertising customers to reach more than 100 million customers at the point of purchase.

Quotient Technology reported a GAAP loss of $38.458 million for 9M 2021, down 4% from $40.076 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 23.6% to $375.08 million compared to $303.358 million a year earlier.
