Penn National Gaming's GAAP net income for 3 months of 2022 was $51.6 million, down 43.2% from $90.9 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 22.8% to $1.564 billion from $1.274 billion a year earlier.

Net income of Penn National Gaming under GAAP for 2021 was $420.5 million, compared to a loss of $669.1 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 65% to $5.905 billion from $3.578 billion a year earlier.

Penn National Gaming's GAAP net income for 9M 2021 was $375.7 million, against a loss of $681.8 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 69.9% to $4.333 billion from $2.551 billion a year earlier.

Penn National Gaming has completed its acquisition of online bookmaker Score Media and Gaming for $2 billion. As part of the deal, Score Media and Gaming shareholders received $17 and 0.2398 Penn National common shares for each of their securities.
